Notification for specification changes in HPS/HDS series
This is to notify that there have been some changes in specifications on Motorized
Stages HPS/HDS series. In order to satisfy the requirements of CE marking,
※High Performance Motorized Stages: HPS series※
and ※High Durability Motorized Rotation Stages: HDS series※ will change the specifications.
The changes will become effective from next production lot. Please refer to the tables below for the details.
