(It occurred, in order that a controller might not receive "999999999".) -> It corrected so that the range of the Distance which can be inputted might be changed from -9999999 by 9999999 and might be checked at the time of an input. * The initial value of "Displaying error messages" of an Excel instruction tab was changed into "it displays." * The below decimal point digit count which can be inputted was changed into 5 figures from triple figures in the Travel per pulse of a controller's setting window. * It changed so that the name of the axis set up by a controller's setting window might be displayed on the menu of the axis control window. * MINI-5D was deleted from the model of controller. * Even if the Read wait was specified on the Measuring Instrument Settings window, it was not used at the time of a communication test. -> At the time of the communication test of a measuring instrument, it changed so that the Read wait might be used. * The test by transmission and reception was not able to be performed on the communication test window of a control device. The control device could not choose the option button of the method on a communication test window, and was not able to perform it other than "transmission." -> It changed so that all the option buttons of the method could be chosen and reception might also be possible. * The problem occurred at the time of the re-measurement after measurement discontinuation. (Normally, this error is not occurred unless the capital letter of a file name and a small letter are changed after writing setting file.) -> This problem was corrected. * When using a controller by closed loop control method in Excel instructions measurement, a stage may be unable to be moved to the specified coordinates value. When 'close' was set as the control method on the setting window of a controller (MS series), the error occurred in stage movement of Excel instructions measurement. When 0 was inputted into the move pitch in the controller settings window, the error of "having divided by 0" was displayed. (Usually, since a pitch is not specified to be 0, the problem does not occur.) -> This problem was corrected so that an error might not occur, even if it inputted 0 into a move pitch. + Functional addition / Specification change * The specification of devide character was added in measuring instrument settings window. And characters other than a comma can also divide the measurement value. * The specification of read wait was added in measuring instrument settings window. And waiting time can be put in between transmission of a measuring instrument, and reception. * It was surely made to perform one line at a time, without omitting the line specified "no measurement." at step measurement of Excel instruction. Even if not measured, the instructions of a controller or a control device were written in an output sheet. When the amount of movements was a decimal value, the error arose by the calculation of a decimal and there was a case where exact movement could not be performed. -> It corrected so that an error might not arise in calculation. * The problem was in speed settings of program instruction. At the time of the measurement start of program instruction and Excel instructions measurement, the speed of a controller was set up only for the 1st axis. -> This problem was corrected so that the speed of each axis might be set up correctly. * The problem was in stage move processing of program instruction. By program instruction, when a move pitch was larger than 32767, and when move pitches were -1 and -2, it did not measure correctly. -> This problem was corrected so that it might measure correctly. + Functional addition / Specification change * The shortcut key was assigned to the button of a step measurement window of Excel instruction. * The check box which "Display error messages" was added to Excel instruction window.
