▶Micrometer brackets may extend above the top surface of some stages. Check drawings for more information.
▶Note that some samples might not be able to be fixed on the stage depending on their shapes, or required travel might not be ensured.
▶When fixing the stage to the base, two screws (out of four) cannot be mounted because the counterbored holes for the mounting screws cannot be fully exposed by simply sliding the stage's upper table with the worm-drive coarse/fine micro (WGP).

For this reason, remove the micrometer bracket holding the WGP to the lower plate of the stage from the lower plate, slide the upper table to the maximum extent, and then fix the stage to the base with the mounting screws.
After fixing the stage to the base, fix the WGP micrometer bracket to the bottom plate.
When removing the micrometer bracket of the WGP during installation, the top table returns vigorously by spring force. Please use a clamp or your hand to carefully slide the upper table.
