Vacuum Mirror Holder / VMHG
These are low outgassing mirror holders which are ideal for using in the high vacuum conditions.
It also can be used in a UV optical system or in a clean room.The adjustment screws are removable (except for VMHG-12.7). We also offer replacement with vacuum-compatible piezo drive motors (VPDM-ACT series) for remote operation. For more details, please contact our sales team. Please note that the replacement vacuum-compatible piezo drive motor needs to be provided separately.
To minimize the outgassing, venting hole and grooving are provided onto screw holes and inset sections.
BARRIERTA SUPER IS/V grease is used for sliding part.
